Recently, one of my patients raved about how much she trusts us when she comes in for a dental visit. She's not alone; she is joined by so many who feel the same way. Our patients rely heavily on our knowledge and their feeling that we actually care about them.
While building relationships with our patients, we educate them concerning their dental and over-all health issues. It's important that you can trust your dentist and hygienist, and that mostly comes from the way you felt about your visit and the relationship you have with us. When you walk out the door, how do you know you received an excellent "cleaning" from your dental hygienist? Yes, your teeth feel smooth when you run your tongue over them. And you spent a decent amount of time in the dental chair. But beyond that, can you really tell that your hygienist gave you a thorough dental cleaning? Most can't.
In our office, our patients know we listen to them, care for them, and teach them about their mouth and its connection to the rest of the body. They don't get the silent treatment while they are in the chair. Instead, our patients are educated about their oral health during their treatment, and they feel like they are making a friend all at the same time. How does that happen? It all happens through relationship. Because we care about you and your interests and since we give you the most excellent dental care - we earn your trust.
Our patients actually look forward to coming in to see us because they know they will get the best treatment, they will learn what's new about their health, and they will get to see the team they have come to know and trust. We want you to get to know us, and we want to earn your trust. As always, come in and see us so we can be of help to you!
